1/18/2024 – We have a wonderful program developed for the Winter Vegetable Conference in Asheville, NC on Feb. 21-22, 2024. We added a whole new session specifically for the smaller scale, direct market farmer in WNC. Sessions include Making the Most of Your High Tunnel, Crowdbreeding Dwarf Tomatoes, a farmer panel on Wholesale Organic Tomato Production, Adding Cut Flowers to Your Crop Mix, Diversification Strategies, Farmers Market Vendors, Producing Seeds for Regional Seed Companies, and Cover Cropping for Vegetables.
