Individual Small Scale Vegetable Budgets

The budgets below have detailed introductions, assumptions, and capital expenses. They assume a best case scenario for yield in a given production season and that all the produce that is marketable is sold. They do not include a long term average of yield where seasons of drastic loss are included over a three to five year period. The risk of any vegetable production system is real and current or future producers must take this into account. If you are in need of assistance related to these budgets please email Derek Washburn: dawashbu@ncsu.edu.
