2/18/2025 - The NC Alternative Crops and Organics Program Team is very busy right now harvesting truffles, building new shade structures, planting woodland botanicals, prepping for the upcoming growing season, holding public events, and leading efforts to make more seeds and planting stock available to forest farmers.
