3/12/2025 - The sun is shining, the temperatures are in the low 70s, the earth smells fresh and alive, and the NC Alternative Crops & Organics team is excited to see spring popping up all around us. It has been a busy month with a forest farming tour, volunteer work days, Chinese medicinal herb processing, and cleaning up our forest beds.
