The Welch Farm is a 7-acre prime farm soil field located along the Valley River in Cherokee County, NC. The field was converted to organic operation between 2012-2015 and has been used by certified organic growers since then – or left fallow. High-yield production, but limited due to size and lack of infrastructure. The right crop may make this land ideal. Open to new ideas and barter arrangements.

We are seeking a tenant farmer. We are open to barter arrangements and offer lower lease payments for organic growers. Our property is best suited for row crop production.

You must be a registered farm seeker or registered landowner to view landowner contact information.
